It's been 4 years since we spoke
Or seen each other
Oh, how time flies . . .
You seem different now
Once you were cute and awkwardly nervous,
Younger and maybe a little bit insecure
Today you are handsome, calm,
Seemingly oh so sure
You are a bit different now
I look at your face and see
Astuteness written in the lines
Around your eyes and mouth
Your steel blue eyes penetrate me
When you address me, directly:
"Do you like what you see?"
Realizing you are now
Who I imagined you
Would grow up to be
I gasp at the realization and
Cast my gaze downward
To avoid you
Deeply probing me
You close the gap between us
I hear you sighing loudly
Your proximity commands me
To fix my view on your strong
Shoulders so closely on my cheek
Have you purposely trapped me
Against the hard wall I feel
Insistently pressing behind me?
You are intense now
You plant your lips firmly on mine
I now sigh loudly
Encouraged by that sound
Deliciously, confidently
You press me harder
Against the wall
How is your mouth
So damn heavenly?
You begin to go lower
Onto the softness of my neck
I turn my head sharply
Gasping from your fire
I melt into your kiss
You start to lick my skin
As you breathe into me, saying
"You are mine now"
To be continued . . .
“Let your making love be more like a happening than like a making . . . How can you make love? It is not something like doing: it is not an action. It is a state. You can be in it but you cannot make it. You can move in it but you cannot do it. You can be loving but you cannot manipulate it . . . “
“When you make love, be possessed. Move slowly, touch each other’s bodies, play with each other’s bodies. The body is like a musical instrument. Don’t be in a hurry. Let things grow. If you move slowly, suddenly both your energies will rise together, as if something has possessed you. It will happen instantly and simultaneously together. Then only tantra is possible. Move now into love . . . “
The following passage is from spiritual teacher Osho a.k.a. Rajneesh:
The sex inside man, his/her libido, is even more vital than electricity. A minute atom of matter annihilated an entire hundred thousand people in the city of Hiroshima, but an atom of man’s energy can create a new life, a new person! Sex is more powerful than an atom bomb. Have you ever thought about the infinite possibilities of this force, about how we can transform it to better mankind?
An embryo can become a Gandhi, a Mahavir, a Buddha, a Christ. An Einstein can evolve from it; a Newton can be manifest in it. An infinitely small atom of sex energy has a towering person like Gandhi manifest in it! But we are not inclined to even try to understand sex. We have to summon immense courage even to talk about it in public. What kind of fear is it that plagues us, so that we are not prepared to understand the force out of which the whole world is born?
What is this fear? Why does sex alarm us so? People were shocked when I spoke about sex at the first meeting last month, in Bombay. I received many angry letters asking me not to talk in this fashion, letters saying I should not speak on this subject at all. I wonder why one should not discuss this subject? When this urge is already inherent in us, why should we not talk about it? Unless we can understand its behavior, can analyze it, how can we hope to raise it to a higher plane? By understanding it we can transform it, we can conquer it, we can sublimate it.
My point is that those who forbid talk about sex are the same people who have pushed humanity into an abyss of sex. Those who are frightened of sex, and have therefore convinced themselves they are innocent of sex, are lunatics. They have conspired to make the whole world a gigantic asylum.
I seem to have loved you in numberless forms, numberless times… In life after life, in age after age, forever. My spellbound heart has made and remade the necklace of songs, That you take as a gift, wear round your neck in your many forms, In life after life, in age after age, forever.
Whenever I hear old chronicles of love, its age-old pain,
Its ancient tale of being apart or together.
As I stare on and on into the past, in the end you emerge,
Clad in the light of a pole-star piercing the darkness of time:
You become an image of what is remembered forever.
You and I have floated here on the stream that brings from the fount.
At the heart of time, love of one for another.
We have played along side millions of lovers, shared in the same
Shy sweetness of meeting, the same distressful tears of farewell-
Old love but in shapes that renew and renew forever.
Today it is heaped at your feet, it has found its end in you The love of all man’s days both past and forever: Universal joy, universal sorrow, universal life. The memories of all loves merging with this one love of ours – And the songs of every poet past and forever.
I am not afraid to tell you, “I love you.” Your mind may say, “How can you love me when you don’t even know me?” I don’t need to know you. I don’t need to justify my love. I love you because this is my pleasure. Love coming out of me makes me happy, and it’s not important if you reject me because I don’t reject myself. In my story, I live in an ongoing romance, and everything is beautiful for me. To live in love is to be alive again. When you recover your integrity, you always follow love. You live your life as an eternal romance because when you love yourself, it is easy to love everyone else. You love so much that you don’t need anyone else’s love to make you happy.
“Spirituality is not religion. It is a path for us to generate happiness, understanding, and love, so we can live deeply each moment of our life. Having a spiritual dimension in our lives does not mean escaping life or dwelling in a place of bliss outside this world but discovering ways to handle life’s difficulties and generate peace, joy, and happiness right where we are, on this beautiful planet.”
“The love that you search for everywhere is already present within you. It may be evoked by any number of people or events. A mountain can evoke this love. A sunset can evoke this love. But finally, you must realize you are this love. The source of all love is within you.” Gangaji
You have love; you are love. You do not need to find it outside of yourself. Remember this, specially when times are tough. I love you. Thank you.
