Becoming The Chalice by Maya Luna

“I wanted to know Truth

So I stopped looking

I Opened my body

Until Truth found

Me

I wanted to know Love

So I stopped missing it’s

Absence

I Savored every texture

In the wilderness of this

Moment

Until finally Love revealed

Me

I wanted to know Power

So I stopped pushing my will

Onto reality

I Let Go from deep inside

Until the Power moved

Me

I wanted to know Passion

So I stopped reaching for

Perfection

I let my heart melt

Into the flame

Of Life’s longing

Until Passion became one with

Me

I wanted to know Creation

So I merged with the pulse

At the core of Existence

I wanted to know Innocence

So I Drank my own

Presence

I wanted to know God

So I dropped the arrow of My body

And finally remembered to

Receive

They told me waking up

Was a complicated affair

They told me to cut myself

Apart

Who would have thought that

Flesh and blood contained

The Mystery of Existence

Would would have thought

That the Elixir was

Inside me

They wrote all the books

And gave all the talks

I never knew my own

Body

Was

The Teacher”

Your Energy … Your Smile

I said your hair looked amazing but what I really wanted to say was… “Your energy sparks a little bit of something in mine, your smile warms my heart, and when you laugh, I just have to laugh too, it’s like a bubbling stream of fresh water running through my soul. I feel like the sun is shining on me when you’re near and when I leave you, sad as it is, I feel like I’ve been charged, plugged into the mains for an infusion of fizz and life.” But I said “I love your shoes instead.” I hope you heard, what I really meant.

The Woman Who Has Herself

by Maria Harchanan Kaur

When a woman has herself

you can enter or leave her life

you can flatter or judge her

and she, she will receive or say goodbye to you kindly

and she will thank you and understand your shadows

because she already knows hers.

You probably won’t tolerate it and at the same time

you want to own it and you will end up walking away

from her if you don’t have the courage to respect her.

When a woman has herself

the Universe Dances at her feet, and She rises.

She becomes compassionate.

She chooses.

She is aware.

She gives and receives Love.

It is easy to recognize it.

The woman who has herself

she smiles in the sun as in the storm.

She celebrates life and understands death.

She lives and dances the processes.

She doesn’t have a hue, she’s a rainbow.

Matt Helm’s She Trusts Me

She’s always wanted a secure man, a powerful man.

Her nervous system relaxes in my presence

after years of being on high alert.

Constantly feeling unsafe and unseen,  she shapeshifts.

She’s been judged, manipulated, lied to, taught to please,

and be what others want, especially men.

Enough of this.

She’s beyond enough.  She’s powerful.  She is incredible.  She’s extraordinary.

She trusts me because I see her with these eyes,

with the entirety of my beingness and I let her know in every way I know how to communicate it … that I see her.

She trusts me because I am an uncaged man in my power.

Freedom is my Essence.

I don’t react, I respond.

She trusts me because I invite her wild feminine essence out to play and I can hold it.

She trusts me because  I am genuinely curious about her, I have done my inner work.

She trusts me and extends her sacred invitation to hold her complete surrender.

Her exquisite surrender, a wealth beyond all wealth, to hold a women’s deep surrender.

Holding her grief, her longing, her sacred rage, her primal throbbing, and her dripping ecstasy.

Every women wants to go to her own truth, to let go completely into the flow of love

But not just with any man.

Sadly most women will never experience this level of trust and will never completely surrender.

To experience this level of trust and surrender requires a man to reclaim his essential nature, his powerful masculine essence.

She trusts me because I have made the sacred journey back to myself.

She trusts me because I have worked through my core wounding,

because I have faced my deepest pain and reclaimed my true self.

She feels safe because I have spent thousands of hours in psychoanalysis, meditation, Yoga, with countless coaches, mystics, teachers, shamans, plant medicine, and mediums.

She feels safe with me because I know that at one point in my life I wasn’t safe to her or myself.

She feels safe with me because I don’t want to take from her,

I want to give in sacred union.

She feels safe because she knows I’ve got her.

I claim her heart.

Learn Her by Cody Bret

“Take some time and learn what words, acts, expressions, gifts, and physical touches are the most meaningful and desired by your partner.

In other words, show your appreciation and love to your partner in the ways that mean the most to them.

When you are in her presence, your little acts of kindness become extremely important.

For example, don’t give her flowers on Valentine’s Day because that is what you’re “supposed” to do … Give her flowers on a Wednesday because you thought of her on your way home from work.

Grab some blankets and pillows from the house and take her out on a hillside and watch the stars with her in the back of a pick up truck with the two of you looking into each others eyes and having in depth conversations under the moonlight.

Or get up at 8am and meet her at a local diner on a Saturday morning and talk about her life goals over some homemade pancakes.

Little things like this will always help your partner feel known, valued, and loved.

Take my advice and take care of her, because life doesn’t bless you with a good woman twice.”

I Believe in Men by Rishima

“I believe in Sensitive and Kind Men.

I believe in the mystical men who believe in themselves.

I believe in men who seek temperance and peace inside them.

I believe in men poets, dreamers, magicians, writers, alchemists, artists, teachers, and angels.

I believe in men who like to dance and sing and make life a celebration.

I believe in men who embrace their wounded inner child, listen to him and embrace him true.

I believe in men who want to heal and help others to heal.

I believe in men who refuse to be slaves to their own wound and that despite the pain, they clean it and heal it patiently, with love and courage.

I believe in men who come from the stars and remember the power of their wings, the power of their hands and the power of their heart.

I believe in men who know of intuition and use it as their compass.

I believe in men who share freedom because they are free and do not know another way to live.

I believe in the men protective of women’s energy, who know how to read the look of their beloved and who do not intend to change it, simply accompany it wisely on their flight.

I believe in full men who don’t need anything from outside because they already know that everything has it inside.

I believe in men who make fire when they are cold, that take refuge in water when they are thirsty.

I believe in men with truthful eyes they see themselves and that’s why they love and respect every creature exists on earth.

I believe in men, perfectly imperfect, because it is in that imperfection is where they also find their beauty.

I believe in sensitive men who know how to receive and give love in balance, who listen and who also speak, those who live and let them live.

I believe in men who live sexuality as sacred, because they know that it is a wonderful gift.

I believe in men with clear feelings, which are accessible.

I believe in men who walk barefoot and speak to the plants.

I believe in the tender and wild men at the same time.

I believe in the sacred male and in all the divinity they have stood.”

Sex then Love

The simple truth is that sex is the starting point of love. Sex is the beginning of the journey to love. The origin, the Gangotri of the Ganges of Love, is sex, passion – and everybody behaveslike its enemy. Every culture, every religion, every guru, every seer has attacked this Gangotri, this source, and the river has remained bottled up. The hue and cry has always been, ”Sex is sin. Sex is irreligious. Sex is poison,” but we never seem to realize that ultimately it is the sex energy itself that travels to and reaches the inner ocean of love. Love is the transformation of sex energy. The flowering of love is from the seed of sex.

Touch Me Back to Unity

Your body needs to be held and to hold, to be touched and to touch. None of these needs is to be despised, denied, or repressed. But you have to keep searching for your body’s deeper need, the need for genuine love. Every time you are able to go beyond the body’s superficial desires for love, you are bringing your body home and moving toward integration and unity.
